It’s Quick Takes Friday time! I realized today that this is my 501st post! Woo hoo! I’ve been blogging since June 2007 and originally started to document our adoption journey. But now it’s transformed into a blog about our family and faith and whatever else comes to mind! It’s been an awesome journey and I’ve made some lifelong friends!
In honor of my 500th post I’d like to share with you some oldies but goodies (in my opinion). So grab a cup of coffee and get comfy and have fun reading some of my past posts. And make sure you make it to #7 – a GIVEAWAY!
1. Probably the most favorite thing I’ve shared on this blog is Not Your Ordinary Love Story. A story of sorrow, forgiveness and the greatest love of all.
2. Next would have to be the story of our Two Little Miracles including the post I”m Not Sure What To Say when we found out we were pregnant.
3. Here are three of my favorite posts where I shared feelings or struggles with my faith: Time Stood Still, Trying to Trust and Thoughts From An Infertile Mom Who Loves Jesus.
4. One of my favorite posts about Princess is How Much Hairspray Is Too Much. And a favorite memory is our Girls Night Out for Mother’s Day last year.
5. I would be remiss to not share one of my favorite posts about my dogs. Although a silly post, What Is That Smell, is still one of my favorites.
6. And finally, a couple of my favorite posts about my darling Hubby. The One With The Back Wrenching and He Thinks He’s So Funny.

Oh WOW! 500 posts!?!? You go girl! I was led to your blog through ‘Sincerely Anna’ on the post that you wrote when you found out you were pregnant. From that moment on I was hooked! I have loved reading about how things are unfolding. And with our babies have the same age-gap it is really cool to be able to relate to each other. Keep the stories comin’! You are amazing!!

I plan to spend Valentine’s Day at home with my husband watching this movie. I have not seen it but have heard wonderful things from everyone that has seen it. I think all marriages need a little inspiration every once n a while

I always enjoy reading, Missy! My favorite post was the story about Belle pooping in the bathtub. It was so funny to read, and then I had a similar situation about 2 weeks ago and I thought of it again. Thanks for sharing so much of your life!
